Sophia is a HCPC Specialist Dietitian based in the South East of England. She specialises in eating disorders, disordered eating, IBS and the low FODMAP diet, type 1 and 2 diabetes, and PCOS. Sophia has developed her practice by incorporating a weight-inclusive approach and focusing on finding food freedom. Sophia is registered with the British Dietetic Association.

What I Do

I provide online* 1:1 Dietetic Consultation for individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating. I also specialise in Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and functional gut disorders that may have pre-date your ED or have been as a consequence.

*I do provide in-person sessions at The Surrey Centre of Eating Disorders

I regularly work with other healthcare professionals and I can liaise closely with your Psychiatrists, Psychologist or Psychotherapist to ensure you receive the holistic care you need.

The aim of these sessions is to improve your relationship with food, explore how this contribute to your body image and work together to find body neutrality and how these can impact your gut health and wellbeing.
